Bowl Cutters
The efficiency machines will allow to obtain best results
as well as to make large minced meat (stuffing with grain),
than to make fine stuffing.
The latest bowl cutters are comletely new range that has been specially designed and developed for meat procesing. The bowl cutters use the finest 6-edge stainless steel rotary cutter that is positioned very close to the bowl to ensure the finest cutting of a variety of products and ingrediens as meats and even root vegetables.
Bowl Cutters 200, 120 and 80
Features:
• Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, lined on the inside with steel plate.
• The bowl is made of extra thick cast stainless steel (2 to 3 cm).
• The lid has a double thickness and is insulated.
• The rigidity of the framework and the quality of the bowl allow to blades to be adjusted very close by bowl.
• The clearance between the bowl and the lid is minimum allowing to do the fine stuffings in a short time, with a minimum heating of product.
• The lid and the framework don't have any angles that are ankward to clean.
• The controls are in low voltage (24 volts).
• Complies with EC standard.
Bowl Cutters 45, 40 and 23
Features:
• Bowl cutters are equipped in series of 2 motors with 2 speeds, a bowl in melted down stainless steel (thickness 1 to 2 cm), and of 6 knives.
• Monobloc frame is manufactured in stainless steel plates of strong thickness.
• The frame rigidity and the bowl quality allow to adjust the knives to the nearest of the bowl.
• The clearance between the bowl and the lid is minimum what allows to make of the fine force meat in a very short time, with a minimum heating of product.
• The lid and the frame don't have any angles which are difficult to clean.
• The controls are in low voltage (24 volts).
