Brine Injectors
Application:
Brine injectors are designed for injecting meat, poultry and fish with brine solution. This process provides high efficiency of the products and high quality repeatibility.
Regular and efficienct injection can be obtained by using different injection programmes adjusted depending on the type of product. It can be adjusted by changing the transporter speed, injection pressure, quick change of the ineedles and smooth adjustment of the injecting head speed.

Brine pump description:
Rotor pump made of stainless steal, with stainless steel rotor meats the CIP and SIP requirements according to the demands for hygienic constructions.
Injection heads:
Possibility to choose 1,2 i 4-needle injection and tenderizing heads.
