Angle Meat Mincers are designed for grinding / mincing fresh and frozen meat, fat blocks and raw pig's skin in meat processing plants and shops. The diameter of tools, robust stainless construction and the 17 kW (130 version) or 34kW (160 version) drive provides raw skin processing and frozen meat up to - 10 ˚C.
