Principle of operation

Paddle stuffing pump is a common used system of delivery, ideal for products with temperature not lower than -2°C for liquid products and for producing of small portions with accurate weight. Paddle system of delivery provides good structure and quality of the cured meats and eliminates the air from the product.

Microprocessor control unit enables controlling and programming the production process depending on the technological demands and guarantees its repeatability. Machine can cooperate with clipping machines (electronic impulse).
